Food and drinks outside the Club

Sometimes, a family member wants to have something special with you and is willing to make you something sweet, like, for example, a cake for the court. In cases like this, we always tell you that at the wedding, it is not possible to bring food or drinks from outside the Club because at all times, we must guarantee that no food poisoning occurs that could put the guests at risk. At Lew Hoad, we have our own kitchen and our products are made on the same day, always guaranteeing excellence.

Use of pyrotechnics and confetti

Fireworks, sparklers, lanterns or confetti are not permitted, as they may cause deterioration of the Club’s facilities and elements. However, at the time of departure from the ceremony, rice, dried flowers or petals can be thrown.

Decorative elements that may pose a danger

In the desire to personalize every last detail of your wedding, we have sometimes come across unstable or unsafe structures that can put guests in danger. For example, photocalls that do not stand on their own, setups that do not have the necessary security…Always remember that everything must meet the guarantee that it is functional, beautiful and, above all, completely safe!

Music from 11:30 p.m.

Music generates emotions and can liven up your wedding so that it is totally personal. Thanks to our DJ service, you can count on her at different times, from the ceremony to the party. However, it is important that you know that live music in the glass pergola is possible until 10:30 p.m. and until 11:30 p.m. with music from the DJ. Therefore, the open bar will be in our party room from 11:30 p.m. and the pergola will be left as a chill out area. A perfect option for guests to have various spaces in which to move and interact with each other.

Lighting contracted outside the Club

Multiple mounting options are available in the garden area. Its spaciousness allows a capacity of more than 350 guests and, furthermore, as it is a completely open space, the possibilities are multiple. Hire external suppliers

Although it is important that it is previously authorized by Lew Hoad. Furthermore, any person outside the Club who is going to come to work on the day of the wedding must be registered with Social Security, and may request, as required, civil liability insurance, health registration…

To guarantee your peace of mind, consult us in advance about the suppliers you are considering including. Professionalism at a wedding cannot be a secondary aspect, but rather a priority so that everything flows and does not give us a headache at any time.

Bring decorations and gifts

Furthermore, we always recommend that you bring them the week before the wedding. This way, you will no longer have to worry and you will be able to enjoy greater peace of mind. Of course, if the details you bring require specific assembly by our team, you must tell us beforehand to take it into account and we will tell you how much this extra work entails.

If the gifts go on the table, we will directly take care of placing them, so you can rest assured because it will not be a job that you have to take on directly.

Combine multiple menus

Any option is possible, so ask us and we will guide you so that that day, gastronomy is the highlight. In order to guarantee the highest quality of all our dishes, the food is prepared freshly and we have our own kitchen. In addition, we also have menus for vegans, vegetarians or special considerations.

Own stationery design

Although we have our own designs so that you can follow a uniform decorative line, sometimes you want the stationery to be like your invitation and you prefer it to be personalized. In that case, there would be no problem, we would send you the measurements that the seating, the minutes and the waiter must comply with for printing. And you should send them to us a few weeks before your wedding celebration so we can check that the printing is correct.
